Our core return policy is designed to facilitate the return of used parts (cores) that can be re-manufactured or rebuilt. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:

Core Return Timeframe

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your core(s). Cores will be shipped to the original manufacturer or address that is provided by Schobermotorsports.com.
• The date of purchase is considered to be the date on the original invoice.

 
Core Condition

• • Cores must be returned as good rebuildable units. A good rebuildable core is one that meets the following criteria:
    • The core has not been disassembled.
    • The core is free of any physical damage that impairs the functionality or structural integrity of the part.
    • The core is complete and includes all components and parts.
  • Non-rebuildable cores, or cores that do not meet these standards, will not be accepted for return!

 

Core Identification

• • To ensure proper credit, the returned core must match the unit that was originally purchased.
  • Please include the original invoice or a copy with the returned core to expedite the processing of your return.
    
    

Shipping and Handling

• The shipping cost for returning the core is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Cores must be packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. Schobermotorsports.com is not responsible for cores lost or damaged in transit.
• We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance for your core return.
  
  

Core Return Process

• Please contact our customer service department to initiate a core return. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and return shipping address.
• Upon receipt of the core, an inspection the core will be completed to ensure it meets our criteria for a rebuildable core.
• If the core is approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  
  

Refusal of Core Return

• Schobermotorsports.com reserves the right to refuse the return of any core that does not meet our core return criteria.
• If a core is refused, we will provide an explanation for the refusal, and the core will be returned to you at your expense.

Changes to the Core Return Policy

• Schobermotorsports.com reserves the right to update or modify this core return policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.
