Parts Return Policy
All parts will have a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. Items must be unused, not opened, and in the original packaging. Any heavily abused packaging may require a restocking fee, and can be negotiated with Schober Motorsports. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money upon receiving the part back and it is inspected to ensure no damage and is in unopened condition. Any shipping charges incurred from the original purchase are non-refundable. Shipping cost back to Schober Motorsports will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Products purchased from an authorized dealer must be returned to that specific dealer. Refunds will be returned by either store credit OR original mode of payment, which ever the original purchaser decides. Once product is received by Schober Motorsports, refund will be given on customer’s charge card OR store credit will be issued within 10 days. Some restrictions apply, see them below.
We will NOT accept any returns for the below items.
- Any part that shows evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly
- Custom-ordered or personalized products
- Hazardous materials (i.e. batteries, paint, etc.)
- Videos, software, or other copyrighted material, after they have been opened
- Wheels and/or tires, after they have been mounted
- Virtual products (See below)
Tuning/Virtual Product Return Policy
All “virtual products” to include custom tuning and unlock codes are non refundable. No exceptions. Any returned tuning hardware item(s) must be in original packaging and unused, the parts return policy (see above) will apply.
